  • What is your shipping policy?
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options and provide tracking information for all orders. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    The returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on El Rey Dorado for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. We accept returns within 3 days of delivery date as long as the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted. The returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and must be returned with the original packing. The new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or needs, which is why we have a refund policy. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major payment methods Credit Card Debit Card Net banking UPI
  • Can I cancel my order?

    We provide a sizing chart on each product page to help you determine your size. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

    You can track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the order status. We also provide tracking information via email.
